booking & appointments

We work by appointment only. To ensure you are able to visit the salon at a time that is best for you, we highly recommend that you schedule an appointment in advance. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to return your message. 

We do not double book our appointments. This is to ensure that even while your color is processing, you have our full attention to discuss all of your hair needs.

You will receive an automated text message, 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please click on the link in the text, in order to confirm your appointment. Please reach out to your stylist directly if changes need to be made, not to the automated messaging system.  

cancellation policy

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. We understand life happens, and unforeseen circumstances arise, we keep this is mind if the notice is less than 48 hours. However, our time is how we earn a living. If a client is chronically a no show, or cancelling with less than 48 hours notice, they will not be allowed to rebook without a deposit. 

You will receive an automated text message 48 hours prior to your appointment. This will allow you to confirm you will be there, or reschedule if needed.  

finding Sparrow

Sparrow is located at 120 Main St., Saco, ME 04072, Suite 250.  

We are in Saco Mill #4, across from the Saco Amtrak train station. We suggest searching for the Amtrak station on your GPS, so that you are directed to the correct parking lot. There is plenty of parking, you want to try go left, once you enter the lot. 

Once you have parked, you will enter through the commercial entrance. This is located on the left side of the building, if you're looking at the building from the parking lot.  There is a black awning, as well as signs, for the businesses located there! Through the double doors, veer right in the lobby, and through one more set of double doors, and we are located on your left! It is less than a two minute walk from the parking lot!

If you need elevator access please enter through the 'Residential Entrance' (park near here as well), walk straight ahead to the elevator on your left, and take it to the second floor.  When you exit the elevator, go through the double doors on your right, and walk all the way down the hall, through another set of double doors, we will be located on your right!

pricing & payment

We are independent stylists, and therefore, we set our own pricing. Please contact your stylist directly to inquire about costs of services. We accept cash, check, major credit cards through Square, and Venmo.

covid-19 policy

We continue to follow the most current CDC guidance, as well as guidance from the State of Maine Board of ​Barbering and Cosmetology, as they hold our license. Since reopening, our priority has been, and will continue to be, the health and safety of our guests and stylists. We may, at any time require masks. We ask that you reschedule if you are feeling unwell, or if you are a known close contact.
